Customers may place orders online and collect them from Trent’s Discount Animal Supplies once the order has been prepared.

Customers will receive a notification when their order is ready for pickup.

Please do not arrive for collection until you have received confirmation that your order is ready.

Pickup hours:

Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Sunday: Closed

Customers should bring their order confirmation when collecting their order.

Large or bulk orders such as feed bags may require additional preparation time.
